Mobile app for drinking water delivery

We run a drinking water delivery service and want our own mobile application for customers on Android and iOS. The app needs a convenient catalogue of containers: nineteen litre bottles, packs of small bottles, pumps, cups and related goods, each with photos, prices and current stock levels. The central feature, the reason for the whole project, is one tap repeat ordering: the app remembers a customer past purchases and lets them place a familiar set in just a few seconds, without filling in the address and contents again. A flexible schedule of regular deliveries matters to us as well: the customer picks days of the week or an interval, and the system builds the orders itself and reminds about the upcoming delivery. Payment should work in several ways, by card online, by cash to the courier and through the personal account balance, with the card saved for future purchases. The customer must see the order status in real time: accepted, packed, handed to the courier, on the way, delivered, along with the estimated arrival time and the driver contact. We need push notifications about status changes, promotions and low water stock at home. Please include a personal account with order history, addresses, favourite goods and a bonus programme. The design should be clean, light and clear for elderly customers. We look forward to proposals with examples of similar apps, an estimate of the timeline and a breakdown of stages.
