Facial recognition programme

You need a programmer or a group of programmers who can implement facial recognition software. The program must receive at the entrance a photo of the person sought, as well as a video plot or a group of photos. At the output, the program should highlight in the video or in the photo those elements where it found the person sought. The program must be able to find matches even if only 50% of the human visibility is available. We will discuss it in more detail with the performer (-lami).
