Develop an application for Android

Our company offers you to take part in the development of an application for a smartphone.

We are a consulting firm that provides services for the adaptation of foreign businesses within Russia.
One of our Chinese clients has requested the development of a program to adapt, support and socialize its employees in Russia.
One of the elements of this program is the introduction of an application for a smartphone.
Main tasks and sections of the annex:
Navigation within major cities in Russia;
- Call centre services:
Access to relevant and useful information;
- third-party services.

EXECUTOR'S EXECUTOR'S EXECUTOR:
1 Phase. Provide a short version of the TK to assess technical capabilities.
Phase 2. Technical advice and provision of necessary information for the formation of the KP.
3. Phase. Providing you with a pre-PK with prices and deadlines.
4. Phase. Analysis of the received proposals and selection of the winner.
5. Phase. Signing of the agreement on non-disclosure and protection of intellectual property rights.
6. Phase. Sending a detailed TK with program sections and page layouts.
7. Phase. Preparation, negotiation and signing of the contract.
8. Phase. Program development.
9. Phase. Testing and delivery to the customer.
Both companies and individual programmers with sufficient knowledge and experience in developing, optimizing and supporting applications for smartphones are involved in the work.
Requirements for a potential software developer:
- Experience in creating applications for smartphones;
- Availability or possibility of attracting additional resources to accelerate the process of creating a program and its delivery on a turnkey basis;
Knowledge of English and/or Chinese (as a plus);
- Ability to work overtime and submit the project as soon as possible.
