Mobile version address -
The mobile version of the site should present the main services of the site and several key pages. The mobile version has its own page structure, independent of the main version of the site.

General design requirements
1. Preservation of the color scheme, set of fonts, the overall visual concept of the site.
2. There is a desire to build a site using the framework bootstrap, so the visual use of the elements of the framework is welcome.
3. The design should assume a “rubber layout”: the width of the page is stretched to the width of the screen resolution. The minimum width of the page is 320 px.
Common design elements
1. Navigation in the side menu.
2. In the header - a standard menu open/close button, a header, there may be a button to open the field for search, there may be an animated appearance of the search field.
3. At the top of the site, there should also be a text message about redirecting to the mobile version, with the buttons “always open the mobile version” and “return to the full version of the site”.
4. In the menu or in the basement should be a button to transition to the full version of the site.
5. In the basement - contact information, links to communities, copyright.

Main page
1. The main page should include a news feed.
A. The amount of news on the feed should be limited. A news upload button ("more news", "more" etc.) must be provided.
B. The date and time of publication of the news, icons of video, photo should be displayed, genres (article, interview, reportage) can be indicated in parentheses.
C. If possible, the number of views and likes of the news can be displayed.
D. If you can get a photo. (c and d are optional, based on capacity and taste).
2. If possible, we can separate the block - 3 main news.
3. Block of buttons or pictograms for transition to other sections of the mobile version - Guide, Cameras, Public Services, Online Rescue
