There is an unfinished news project on Jumla, with the person who started it, a template was selected and a translation was made (but not to the end).
Basic requirements:
• Registration of users (or through social networks) to leave comments and send out newsletters on this database
• Possible simplification of news churning, like parsing (this dude found some module - possibly paid)
• in the same scenario to make a version for printing in the ward (or pdf)
