Source file and result in exel, available on request

1. The macro should be run on a specific page, not the entire file.
2. In the result file, prices should also be divided between themselves by the name of the special offer (for example):
Special offer: EB by 15.08.16 (PER ROOM) - Booking Code: HOLIDAY-SH'16

If the name of the special offer is not available, then after the line with the name of the hotel should go line with the names of the graph table (for example, lines 154 and 155 in the file "result")
3. Transformation of accommodations:

All other placement names (accommodation) in the original file transfer to the result without changes.
4. In the source file in the title graph "Rates" are power types BB, HB, RO, AI, etc. Transfer them to column D in the resulting file without modification
5. Validity's "from" count should be moved to A column
Validity's "to" column should be moved to B.
6. Period of booking "Booking From" and "Booking Till" are not processed, they should not be included in the result. The term and sentences are not processed either.
