I have more than 3 years’ experience interfacing with a software development as online SaaS provider playing in a Scrum master role now.

Having worked in Insurance and banking sector, Travel&Hospitality and Retail sectors serving clients from US and EMEA region I was running 2 distributed multicultural teams with more than 20 people in total and providing service delivery to our clients.

Due to my experience in Quality assurance, I have strong knowledge in SDLC, wrinting test plans, test cases, creating bugreports, performiting different types of testing such as Smoke testing, User acceptance testing, Specification-based testing using code-based and usage-based techniques using JS, HTML, CSS knowledge.

Working as Business technical analyst I was responsible for writing, verifying and managing requirements according to the business needs, facilitate requirements sessions, write technical specifications, analysing the results by creating the reports of data collected and creating optimisation strategies for clients.

Having worked as Scrum Master I was responsible for agile service delivery, planning tasks for the team and forecasting upcoming work. I have strong knowledge in Scrum, Kanban, FDD, XP, DSDM.
Acting as a product owner for couple of projects I got familiar with ITSM and ITIL.
I have strong knowledge of facilitation and collaboration, team empowerment and motivation, servant leadership, risk mitigation and conflict resolution skills.
